{"id":624,"date":"2021-06-05T12:49:49","date_gmt":"2021-06-05T10:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.edudip.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=624"},"modified":"2022-06-08T14:02:27","modified_gmt":"2022-06-08T12:02:27","slug":"teamverwaltung","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.edudip.com\/de\/knowledge-base\/teamverwaltung\/","title":{"rendered":"Teamverwaltung"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Unter dem Men\u00fcpunkt <em>\u201eTeamverwaltung\u201c<\/em> erhalten Sie eine \u00dcbersicht, welche Rollen Sie Ihrem Team zuweisen k\u00f6nnen, zum Beispiel Moderator, Administrator oder Buchhaltung. \u00dcber die drei Punkte rechts neben Ihrem Namen, k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihre Rolle bearbeiten, die Meeting-Raum- oder Moderatoren-Lizenz entziehen oder auch Ihr Profil ganz l\u00f6schen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie zus\u00e4tzliche Moderatoren-Lizenzen ben\u00f6tigen, kann allein der Hauptlizenznehmer die gew\u00fcnschte Lizenz \u00fcber den Button <em>\u201eNeue Lizenz erwerben\u201c<\/em> im Bereich <em>\u201eTeamverwaltung\u201c<\/em> buchen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die erworbenen Lizenzen anschlie\u00dfend Ihren Team-Mitgliedern zuzuweisen, w\u00e4hlen Sie den jeweiligen Nutzer aus, nachdem Sie den Button <em>\u201eLizenz zuweisen\u201c<\/em> angeklickt haben. Anschlie\u00dfend k\u00f6nnen sich die eingeladenen Teammitglieder \u00fcber diese Einladungsmail registrieren und sind automatisch Ihrem Team zugewiesen. In der Teamverwaltung wird Ihnen als Administrator auch die Anzahl Ihrer verf\u00fcgbaren Meeting-R\u00e4ume angezeigt, welche sie dort den jeweiligen Teamkollegen zuweisen k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beachten Sie, dass eine Person mit einer E-Mail-Adresse nicht in zwei zeitgleichen Terminen vertreten sein kann.
