* If available, participants with these system requirements will be redirected to a live stream to follow the webinar via video and audio. Please note that active participation in the webinar is not possible here.

** General notes for macOS: Screensharing has to be enabled on the system level. You can find instructions for enabling the feature here:
https://support.apple.com/de-de/guide/mac-help/mh11848/mac or https://help.edudip.com/en/knowledge-base/activation-of-screensharing-on-macos-devices/

*** Safari already supports our underlying technology, but not to the full extent, so the screensharing tool cannot be used yet. This leads to a limited functionality with our platform.

**** Depending on the version and end device, functionality cannot be guaranteed. In case of difficulties, we recommend using the desktop mode of your mobile browser. Moderators are generally recommended to use a PC.

Determine browser version

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu button at the top (Three horizontal dots).
  2. Click “About Google Chrome” in the context menu.
  3. A new window will open where your your browser version is being stated.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Firefox menu button at the top (Three horizontal stripes).
  2. In this context menu, click “Help” and then “About Firefox”.
  3. A new window will open where you can read your browser version.
