Automations are automated notifications that are sent to your webinar and meeting participants. You have the option of setting or adapting these notifications for your participants. You can insert personalised placeholders, such as webinar title, first name, last name, landing page link, webinar start or for example the webinar date. Click on a placeholder to insert it in the selected space in the text. The automation templates are available in German and English and will be sent to your participants via e-mail.
- After registration: After registering for the webinar, the participant will receive an automated confirmation of their registration. Here you can precisely define the content of the confirmation template.
- Webinar reminder: If desired, the registered webinar participants will receive up to two automated e-mails as a reminder of the event before the beginning of the webinar. Here you are able to adjust the content of the template and determine the times when the e-mails should be sent out.
- After the webinar has ended: If desired, the registered webinar participants will receive up to two automated e-mails about the participation after the webinar. You have the option to only send these automations to participants who were present at the webinar. Here you are also able to insert information on further appointments or a recording link. Specify the time when the e-mail shall be sent.
- Double opt-in: Only participants who want to register for your newsletter and have clicked the double opt-in checkbox on the registration form for your webinar receive this automation. Here you can customize the template. If a participant confirms the double opt-in button in this e-mail, the registration for the newsletter is completed.
