To cancel your subscription, please log into your account and select the menu item “Subscription” in the dashboard. At the top of the page you can see the information about your current subscription, including the period of validity and the payment method stored. In order to terminate your subscription, click on “Terminate subscription” to the right of this entry.

Please note that only subscriptions booked by credit card or direct debit can be canceled independently online. If you pay by invoice, you do not have the option to cancel through your account. In this case it is necessary to send your cancellation per e-mail to support@edudip.com.

Please also note the applicable notice periods: In the case of monthly payment, the subscription can be canceled up to 7 days before the end of term, in case of annual or biennial payment up to 2 months before the end of term.
