During the meeting, all participants are able to participate in the discussion via video and audio transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Focus and meeting mode:<\/strong> Moderators are able to present themselves in focus mode (Moderator as main video transmitter) or use the meeting mode to display the audio and video transmission of all participants in tiles.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"209\" height=\"295\" src=\"https:\/\/help.edudip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Features-in-the-meeting-room-Focus-and-meeting-mode.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2036\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.edudip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Features-in-the-meeting-room-Focus-and-meeting-mode.png 209w, https:\/\/help.edudip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Features-in-the-meeting-room-Focus-and-meeting-mode-35x50.png 35w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 209px) 100vw, 209px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Slide upload and whiteboard:<\/strong> Moderators are able to present their content during the meeting and upload images, slide or PDF documents for their event. edudip next supports numerous <a href=\"https:\/\/help.edudip.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/supported-file-formats-for-the-document-upload\/?preview_id=2123&amp;preview_nonce=d5cd51ef72&amp;preview=true\">file-formats<\/a>. Work actively on the displayed slides and use the tools to clearly explain the topics of your meeting through our whiteboard. By clicking the screen button, which can be found above the settings of the meeting room, participants can however, ask the moderator to enable the screen sharing function. To get the most out of the screen sharing function, we recommend using a second monitor.
