Evaluate test results<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2705 Everything okay? Then you&#8217;re ready to go!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u274c Problems? Contact your IT department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. For your IT department \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udcbb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check firewall settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.edudip.com\/de\/knowledge-base\/firewalleinstellungen\">Link to the firewall documentation here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. If the self-test is OK, but you&#8217;re still having issues \ud83e\udd14 \u2192 work through these steps one by one<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Use a different browser \ud83c\udf10<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge \u2705<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In company environments: Please avoid Mozilla Firefox \u274c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Test internet connection \ud83d\ude84<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.speedtest.net\">Run a speed test<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at least 20 Mbit\/s constant, Ping under 300 ms. \u2705<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Close programs &amp; environments \ud83d\udc4b<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quit Teams, Zoom, Webex, Skype, Google Meet etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close Citrix, DATEV, or similar virtual desktop solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimize connection \ud83d\udcf6<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use a LAN connection instead of WiFi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or test the guest WiFi or a mobile hotspot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working from home?
