Annual subscribers have the option to book additional meeting licenses in the menu item “Team Management”. The number of your available meeting rooms is also displayed here, which you can then assign to your team colleagues. Note that this area is only visible to the main licensee, a team member has no access to these settings. An additional meeting room can be booked for 180 € / year.
