Your current subscription is displayed under the menu item “Subscription“. At the top of the page information about your current subscription, including the period of validity and the payment method used, is being displayed. Click on “Terminate subscription” to the right of this entry in order to terminate your subscription.

Please note that only subscriptions booked by credit card or direct debit can be canceled online independently. If you pay by invoice, you do not have the option to cancel online. In this case it is necessary to send your cancellation via email to support@edudip.com.
