This article explains how to check your browser permissions if you encounter issues sharing multimedia devices. If your camera isn’t recognized in the webinar room, please first check that it’s properly connected. If you’re using an external camera, make sure the cable is securely plugged in and that the device recognizes the camera.
Next, check whether the camera is already open in another program. Applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or your device’s camera app may block access. Close these programs completely and then reload the webinar room.
Generally, multimedia devices such as microphones and cameras, as well as screen sharing, must be enabled for use in edudip rooms. For further instructions, you will be redirected to the browser developer’s website.
