Blocking participants

In the registration process: As an organizer, you have various options for removing or rejecting participants who violate your preferences from your webinars whilst creating your webinar.
To set up a manual registration confirmation (You as organizer have to confirm the registration of a participant), set the Participant confirmation function in the “Participant settings” area to “Manual”.

In the webinar room: In the webinar room, you have the option to remove participants from the webinar room via the “Participants” tab and the cross symbol to the right of the corresponding participant name.

Note: Blocked participants are blocked for the current webinar room. It is not possible for the organizer to reactivate a blocked participant. If a participant is unintentionally blocked, the participant has to re-register for the webinar using a second e-mail address.
