Additional moderator licenses can only be booked by the main licensee. If you need additional moderator licenses, you are able to book additional licenses in your edudip next account in the menu “Team management”. Here you will are able to book additional licenses through the button “Purchase new moderator licence”. Click on it and enter the number of additional moderator licenses you need.
In order to then assign the purchased licenses to your team members, stay on the same page and click the button of the same name “Assign licenses”. You will now be shown how many moderator licenses are still available to you. All registered team members are displayed in this list and you now have the option of selecting the field in front of the respective team member to whom you want to assign the license to.
If the person to whom you want to grant the moderator license is not yet in the list, you can add the person to your team in the area “Team management” and afterwards in the top right corner using the button “Invite new team member”.
