Troubleshooting: Reconnect to the Webinar Room. Happens usually automatically.

A new connection to the webinar room can be established by:

  • Reloading the browser page; on a Windows PC with the F5 key; on an Apple device with the key combination Command+R or in the browser directly via the “Reload page” icon.
  • Leave the room and enter again
