Releasing Files to Participants
Next to each uploaded file, you’ll see brief information such as the file name, format, and size. There’s also an eye icon.
- By clicking the eye icon, you can release the respective file for participants.
- Once at least one file has been released, the “Materials” icon will also appear for participants in the bottom right of the webinar room. Participants can then view and download the released files.
File Management via the 3-Dot Menu
To the far right of each file, you’ll find a 3-dot menu. Clicking it opens additional options:
- Download: You can download the file to your own computer.
- Share in Chat: This function shares the file name, a thumbnail, and the option to download the file in the public chat. Note that this function works regardless of whether the file itself is released to participants or not.
- Delete: You can remove the file from your media library.
- Edit: Here you can change the file name of the uploaded file.
The media library in edudip next thus offers you comprehensive control and flexibility when sharing materials in your webinars.
