Meeting-Start

The meeting can be started by a moderator. Before the start of the meeting, all participants receive an email with an invitation link and are able to enter using this link to the meeting room at the announced time. Other means of distributing this link are possible as well. When entering the meeting room, only the name of the participant and optionally the password is requested. If the event has not yet started, the participants will see a message that the meeting will start soon. The participants are able to wait in the lobby until the organizer starts the meeting.
