Find the webinar of your choice
Using our edudip marketplace, there are several ways to find the right webinar to meet your particular needs. If you are already on the webinar search page, the easiest way is to use the search function “Search seminar” in the top line of the screen or also via the entry field “Search” on the left side of the screen. In this entry field you can search for a specific term, which should reflect the content of your search request. After entering the search term, you are able to start the query by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol to the right of the input field or by pressing the Enter key.
The query will return a result sorted chronologically by date, with the next webinar to take place displayed at the top. If you are interested in a particular webinar, you can click the “Details” button to get more information about this particular webinar. In the Details-section you are also able to book aforementioned webinar.
Another way to browse for webinars is by category. You can select a category by clicking on “Marketplace” or by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the upper line, which will open the search query. On the left you will be shown the categories of available webinars. The number in the square brackets indicate the number of currently available webinars in this particular category. An arrow in front of the category name indicates that there are more subcategories for this topic. Click on this arrow to display subcategories. If there is a suitable topic for you, you can click on the category to display a selection of search results.
The search options on the left side of the screen also enable you to search for webinars in a specific language. The search result will only show webinars in the selected language. Leave the search field set to “please select” to display webinars in all languages.
On the top left of the screen you are able to search for webinars or for videos / recordings of already finished webinars. The menu item “Videos” changes the list of results and shows all videos of already held webinars where the organizer has decided to offer the recording of the webinar for free or for a fee. In the list of results, the category selection hits are displayed at the top and a list of the latest videos is displayed below.
Releasing webinars on the marketplace
Webinars, after you choose to advertise them on our marketplace via the “Academy and Marketplace” option, will be reviewed by our team to ensure that they are legal in terms of content and comply with our Terms and Conditions. Please note that releases are usually carried out Monday to Friday at around 8 AM and take a certain amount of time depending on the volume of requests.
Commercialize recordings
After your webinar has been held, you are able to promote your subsequent recording on our marketplace. To enable the commerzialization of your recording, please use the options “Record seminar” and “Cost per recording” whilst creating the webinar.
Note: Recordings cannot be annulled.
