Telephone dial-in

If you enable telephone dial-in, participants are able to also follow the webinar over the phone.

Since the access PIN for the telephone dial-in is sent to the respective participants by email, the telephone dial-in has to be activated in advance so your participants will receive the PIN per E-Mail.

Please note that participants who have registered before activating telephone dial-in will not receive their access data. It is therefore important to set up reminder in our automations so that your participants will subsequently receive the PIN by email.
