Why do I receive e-mails from edudip next

You will receive an automated e-mail from edudip next if, for example, you have registered for a webinar and the organizer uses edudip next as a software solution. The following automated emails can be sent by the organizer:

  • Registration confirmation: This email confirms your registration for a webinar and contains information about the webinar, e.g. date, time, topic and speakers.
  • Webinar reminder: This email reminds you of an upcoming webinar and contains a link for participation.
  • Follow-up e-mail (after the end of the webinar): This email contains, for example, a summary of the webinar and further information, e.g. on the content or further resources.
  • Confirmation of a double opt-in procedure: This email confirms your registration for a newsletter from the organizer.

Automated emails are an integral part of the administration of edudip next as webinar software and are generated and sent in 100% GDPR-compliant form. The respective organizers are responsible for the content of the emails.

Another possibility for you to receive an automated email is that the organizer has invited you as a new team member within their team administration. This may be the case, for example, if you are to organize/hold webinars yourself in the future or if you are designated as a co-moderator for a webinar.
