Help area

The “Help area” menu item takes you to our help centre and the FAQ. You will also find your service pin and our callback form here.

  • Help Centre & FAQ: You are able to find answers to your questions in the Help Centre and FAQ. In the FAQ-section you are able to find the answers to the most frequently asked questions. Further topics, comprehensive information and a lot of technical support can be found in our edudip next help centre. We have compiled the most important content and explanations for you in our help centre.
  • Service PIN: If you need help or have technical questions, our customer service team is always happy to provide you with help and advice on Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.. In the help area of your dashboard you are able to find a contact form and your personal “Service PIN”. You can use the in-software help area to send a support ticket with the most important information about your problem. With the service PIN you allow our edudip support staff to access your account if the problem described has to be inspected firsthand. If your service PIN has expired, you can request a new one here.
  • Call-back form: You have the option of leaving a telephone number if you would like to be contacted by our support team. If you fill out the call-back form, the company’s internal customer support will contact you as soon as possible. Please have your service PIN ready.
  • Further help options: If you have further questions or would like to find out more about our product, let our sales team advise you on topics such as customization of your webinar-room, API integration, white labeling or security and data protection.
